
Magnolia Room

The Magnolia Room, located in the Gardens Welcome Center, is an 8-hour rental for $1,500 with seating for 80.
Ten 5-ft round or 6-ft oblong tables and 80 chairs are included. We also have a small round cake table(s) or a sweetheart table available (both are 48 inch in diameter). Room setup is determined at more than 30 days prior to your event.
An AV Cart with sound/tech support to set it up is available for $250. A large screen may be lowered from the ceiling for video presentations (see photo below). A small kitchen is also located beside the room with an outside entrance for vendors to unload.
Food service must be provided by a caterer licensed by the State of Arkansas with a certificate of liability insurance. Alcoholic beverages must be served by an insured caterer with an ABC License, which has been previously approved. Alcoholic beverages service may begin 30 minutes after the end of the ceremony and stop 30 minutes before the end of the rental, with a 3-hour maximum service time. A coordinator must be present during the entire rental in the Magnolia Room.
Only LED candles are allowed. The only glass allowed is for centerpiece decorations or serving pieces used by caterers. Receptions must end at 8 PM, with clean up completed by 8:30.
